What data we process

The website has no contact forms, user accounts, analytics, tracking pixels or non-essential cookies. If you contact us by email, we process the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message.

Technical data such as IP addresses and request headers is processed by the hosting infrastructure as necessary to deliver the website securely. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

Purpose and legal basis

We use email enquiries to respond to you and to discuss potential business co-operation, based on our legitimate interest in handling business communication. Technical data is processed to operate and secure the website.

Cookies

This website does not set non-essential cookies and does not use analytics or advertising technologies. Fonts are hosted locally by the website.

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers that support our website and email, including Zoner, which hosts our email. We make no claim that all processing takes place exclusively within Finland or the EU/EEA.

Retention

Enquiry emails are retained for the duration of the business dialogue and related follow-up, or as required by applicable law. We do not state a retention period for technical data processed by the hosting infrastructure.
